Re-entry: The action or process of re-entering something. In the case of LRC, Inc. re-entry refers to re-entering society after incarceration.

Every year more than 620,000 citizens return home across the USA after serving time in prison. Another 10.6 million cycle through local jails.  Nearly 1 in 3 Americans of working age have had an encounter with the Criminal Justice System. What all these citizens have in common is that every one of them is RETURNING to society. There are between 5.4 and 6.1 million ex-prisoners and between 12.3 and 13.9 million felons in the United States of America.

LRC, Inc. is a "second chance" for those returning to society after being released from incarceration.
